They not only supported him. He came out of the School of the Americas in Fort Benning, Georgia.. He was trained there and was working for the CIA at that point.

America supported Noriega for years. They helped him get into power, they made sure he stayed in power, they helped carry out political assassinations, they helped him overthrow the democratic government. They continued to support him while he was an evil dictator but once he started to pass some socialist policies they turned on him and started saying he was a dictator and bad to his people. Bush later used as the reason we needed to invade Iraq, even though those atrocities occured when we supported him!!!! How convienant of an excuse to invade Iraq in march 2003, along with those supposed "weapons of mass destruction", which were never found!We liked Saddam in the 80's due 2 his stance on Iran

@pusher1012000 I saw him in Hawaii in '96. Acne scars in his cheeks. We went to eat at a nice steak restaurant off Waikiki Beach, and he was sitting right behind us. He nodded at my mom b/c she knew who he was. He had a fat roll of hundred dollars bills to pay his bill. I am wondering if anyone knows of any other sightings of Manuel Noriega in Hawaii. Now he was suppose to be in Miami in jail..

I think we need to clear up a few points about marijuana. Sure, marijuana has never led to an OD but there are some VERY dangerous consequences that marijuana leads to.

I've studied cannabis for 35 years and this is what I've learned.

Marijuana is proven to cause homosexuality. There are countless studies showing that 35% of the people who ARE NOT HOMOSEXUAL become HOMOSEXUAL after getting high. Theory is that marijuana triggers the homosexual outburst gene and hardwires it into your brain.
