You can't. You'd have to start over and make sure you take it with you.

Not that hard, really. Alexia still goes down quite fast with the upgrade Handgun and you don't really need it for the final fight. Explosive Tipped Arrows beat her down really fast.

Yep I finally beat it! But I planned on using G.Launcher because I thought the fight with Alexia after Steve's death was hard. But since I didn't get the magnum, Claire isn't poisoned when Chris finds her, and i had the knife and shotgun. So that was really wierd, because I thought she always gets poisoned, so I beat her with the shotgun =)

She got poisoned in the Nosferatu battle if you get poisoned in that battle then you have get her some medicine when you save her before continuing on of course it's difficult not to get poisoned in that fight but if you don't it does save you decent time from having to have to cure her.
