Good heavens, I was there! They played the 3 Grieg sonatas, no. 2 is my special favorite and it was the best possible interpretation. I hope that can be uploaded sometime. Their no.3 is very fine, comparing well with legendary interpretations, the tone sweet, yet passionate, always contained, yet at the limit of explosion, the disparate episodes logically flowing. A marvellous violinist, i look forward to hearing again.
