Which organ needed transplantation? What was the availability of this organ? Was there a history of substance abuse other than marijuana? How many were there on the waiting list ahead of this individual?
Yes, this is tragic, but if two people needed this organ - and one didn't smoke marijuana - to whom would you first give it? Something to think about...
I agree with you totally, my appologise if I came across as agreeing with the lefts stupid laws, im a conservative, but I believe this is all based on laws that were inacted to persecute minorities specifically hispanic ones earlier on in the century, the whole propaganda campaign of "Reefer Madness"
