i thing the special o is great i have daughter that is 8 and has autisum and she lived with her mother and she came to live with me two years ago she was 6 and still in daipers didnt talk or feed her self and i felt that this would be her live for ever last year we sigen up for special oh and she signed the word daddy and just made me cry now i know there is help for her she loves it when we pull up to a game she ready to jump out the car she has a life now .

After suffering two severe head injuries as a teenager I gained a much greater appreciation for what the challenged endure on a daily basis. I applaud them all of these athletes for their accomplishments and wish I could shake each of their hands for their successes.

Ok, in the beginning of the vid when it shows the guy in red getting ready to do the benchpress is actually one of my teammates, hes been in powerlifting a lot longer then i have but he says I have come a long ways since joining powerlifting. I can benchpress 100 pounds and deadlift 235 1/2 pounds which is waaaaaaaaay more then what I weigh.
