  • I just cooked Paella Today and follow this video and it tastes so good. Thanks for sharing this vid!

  • I just cooked Paella and followed the steps in this video and it tastes so good!!! Thanks for sharing this vid!!!!

  • Almost can taste it, thanks for the video.

  • mmmm....que rico!

  • This is not paella, or "paella mixta." It is a rice in a pot called Paella. Neither technique nor the ingredients are of a paella. t's horrible. Maybe tastes good but Do not call it paella please, and above all, is not the "perfect paella" What arrogance!

  • Great video! Better than most filmed in kitchen :)

    Thanks for sharing

  • Yummy great video :)

  • I looks perfect. The only consideration is that it seems to me only a few seafood for such huge food. You can realize comparing seafood amount to pork and chicken amount.

Anyway, I really would love to taste this!

  • You don't use paella seasonings!!!

  • That box had WINE IN IT?

It couldn't have been wine, please tell me it wasn't.

  • mmm.. paella ♥_♥

  • Curiously, I have not seen that he has put salt. Is it because of the sea food? Thanks any way, the film was really good from the begining to the end, Specially the comments of the gourmet kids.

  • Great video, thanks for sharing!!!!

  • Thank you. The idea is that you can watch the video while you're making paella, using the pause button when needed. Quantities don't need to be exact- so long as you use roughly the right proportions - and you can use different meats or shellfish as the mood takes you. A good stock makes a difference, and if you don't have saffron etc you can buy 'paella seasoning' (known as 'colorante' in Spain) in most supermarkets. And if you're a vegetarian you can leave the chicken and pork out altogether.

  • well edited

  • that's the Paella I love thank u :)

  • Excellent vid. But do you know what else goes in with the saffron and smoked paprika??

  • True Excellence!!! I want to make this so bad!

  • wow the sizzle must be added to the soundtrack?

  • @glennypaul No, the sizzle was real! I only used a Flip camera and Windows Movie Make for editing.

  • @glennypaul no way bud. that grittle is pumping out about 50k BTU's that sizzle is what is needed.

  • "and that's about it" haha :) Simples. Looked fantastic though and great to see kids eating food that's good for them.

  • Skip all the other crappy videos on how to make paella on youtube! Only this one is helpful! Compliment to the chef and... thank you very much indeed for sharing it!

  • @11TomAce made this tonight, good stuff!

  • You can use expensive saffron (by weight one of the world's most expensive substances), but in Spain people mainly use 'colorante amarillo' (yellow colouring), made with corn flour, red & yellow colouring and turmeric/cumin (I think?). It contains no fat and no calories.

  • Could you tell me what kind of seasoning? thank you.

  • i agree with the kid. very scrumptious

  • oh my gosh. i want one!!

  • Paella rice?? what is the diffirent of the ordinary rice? japanese rice is like sticky rice, so i think is not good for Paella or for any fried rice because is not dry. hmm so well, i tried to find it dried rice, When i'm visiting in my country Phippine my Mom cooked Paella or Valenciana is soooo very delicious, so i miss it tribbely.

  • @722Lena There's a kind of rice that it's very famous in Spain which is where the paella born.called bomba rice it's that type of rice it looks like little pearls very difficult to cook you have to put three times as much of water to cook it well

  • Cute kids...that looks delish!!!

  • I would like to make babies with you... You are so yummm!

  • ah! tambien hay que decir, que les timaron preparando esa paella, y con el precio tambien XD lo mas seguro

  • Damn homeboy is going for real...

  • It goes great with red wine..

  • That loooooks GREAT !!!! :)

  • i have never tried paella, but just by looking at it makes my mouth water.

  • im hungry now!!

  • Que hambre!!!

  • question sir?is not stiring of the paella the secret to attain the delicious paella?

coz i ask my someone his stiring paella

  • question sir?is not stiring of the paella the secret to attain the delicious paella?

  • Perfect! Nice job!

  • Great video, really good learning experience. Favorite part - how you taught your kids to eat everything, have a great nutrition and enjoy all the flavours!

  • Aw those British kids are so cute with their cute little accent

  • Outstanding what a show you have to be the most lucky person on earth thats how a REAL Paella is made hats off to the chef

  • You don't have to eat it with pork and chicken, for example i eat ever with rabbit, and with any vegetable. My paella is the best.

  • THANK YOU BEST PAELLA VID GOD BLESS.

  • Oooooooooall of it!... Jajaja priceless!

  • BTW your little boy has a good pallet - for him to be able to eat such a grown up dish (good boy) most kids are picky Lol. Thanks

  • Wow love it and what a nice video ... Thanks for posting this 

  • uhhm man...i want that i love paella....and the kid is cute too..say "all of it 3x.."

  • Great.!!!

  • best!!!!!!!

  • @MACERADO you keep on complaining about people adding onion and pepper and paprika... paella has different version, when they cook your spanish version.. they thought, Oh, maybe I should add onion, and they found out that it taste BETTER, and then.. they thought of adding paprika, and it taste BETTER.... so there you go.... just try to have an open mind

  • Best one I have seen so far!!

  • This was such a simple yet amazingly informative video, that I wish that I could click the "Like" button a few more times...!!!...

I loved that you filmed your cleaned plates...brilliant...!!!...

Thank you for posting this up...and well done... ;)))

  • so original and i want all of it!

  • Worth it though!

  • Endless series of ingredients....

  • the problem I have with making paella is that people are too damn picky about whats in it. "I cant eat claims", "I can't eat meat","I hate squid" blah blah blah

    "

  • Obviously, I'll be making Paella soon. Deliciouso!

  • Funny that this was actually the best video on how to learn to make paella out of any other i have seen on here...

  • @hekk666 You are spot on, this completely demystifies paela, everyone tries to make the process so complex (like a chemistry project)

  • Is that pan one order for your family? Looks delicious!

  • Kids can be so curious. haha...
