I was watching the official teaser, and they did it right, lol. They didn't use any new footage either. That's prolly what I should have done.
But I thought it was pretty kool that they used 3 scenes that I pulled for my mock opening. They had to have seen this because that 747 shot was definitely the first episode of season 1, but the rest of the footage was season 5.
Geez, I'm almost sorry for even posting this. I was just messing around with footage for a couple hours. I do own the dvds. It's kool to not like it and everything, but at least the first guy gave constructive criticism. When people get ignorant I just delete over the top comments (when people start cursing and using "douchebag". And yes, I'm a dude.
Just enjoy it for what the heck it is, or please make a real opening. But,l I did ask for your opinions

I do hope they get a new opening for season 6th, maybe not this but still a new one. Like center it in New York cause that looks like they will be centered in there for a while. And end with them getting out of the car at Johnny Drama's Bar and Grill
OK, since you asked...none of the scenes have a cohesive theme. You lumped about 20 seconds from the Medellin filming episode in at the beginning. Watch from 0:29-0:31. The scene cuts 3 times, with a shot of Ari running across the street suddenly cut off. A slapdash effort in which random scenes from previous seasons were thrown together. Not even an attempt to do credit layovers. Good effort, though.
Thanks for the critique. Since you brought my attention to :29-:31, the 2 cuts I didn't catch does throw you off a bit. As far as non of the scenes having a cohesive theme, I'd have to disagree. This is a basic summation of entourage, within the sub-theme of Vince's post-Medellin career. I wanted to make you feel that Vince blew his whole career with that film, and suggest the Ari says "screw you I'm done".
