  • @109jenny

    Hi

I understand what you trying to say. I do admit that I haven't really posted much BF recipes yet. The problem is that I can only post written recipes and not videos since mornings are very hectic and I barely get time to show recipes. That's the reason you see only more appetizer or dinner kind of recipes on this channel. But will try.

    Hi

Here in the USA, I happened to ask one of the restaurant cook and he told me that they use vinegar, tabsco sauce and color if needed only. Try with that sauce and you will love it. I am still working on it to get exact restaurant taste so will sure share as soon as i revel the secret.

    Thanx

  • Hi Bhavna do we have to sprout the moong before putting it in the pressure cooker. Can u show us how to sprout. Thanks in advance.

  • @aveiou

    Hi

This curry is not made from sprouted moong. Just soak moong for couple of hours so you can cook them fast. But if you want to make sprouted moong curry then soon I am going to post video. Thanx

  • how long do you put the moong in the pressure cooker?

  • Hi

In pressure cooker hear about 4 whistlels or if you have cooker without whistle, you will smell when it's done. But approximately 6-8 mins enough. Check befor you proceed to give it a tadka whether moong cooked perfactly or not. If not, again hear couple of whistles and should be done. But usually moong doesn't take long to cook. Enjoy!

  • i tried it ,it came out to be very tasty, even my daughter liked it

  • Hi

That's great...very good for kids...you can make this even without oil if you wish to..or just little oil is perfact for this dish..

    Thank you for sharing.

  • do we have to soak into water for couple of hours

  • Hi

Very good question..I usually don't soak moong since I boil them in pressure cooker but if you going to boil without pressure cooker, then you have to soak.

    Thank you
