Best of luck with losing the lbs, i know you can do it, i need to lose a good few stone, but with my backpain i cant excerise, but have cut out all the sweet stuff, as i was diagnosed with diabetes in november so i HAD to, which is a good thing. looking forward to many more vids in 2012, hugs C.
