@rtyrtyrty123123123 It depends, Devil gains some moves, at the same time he loses some. He gains a standing Twin Pistons but loses all variations of Entrails Smash, and Slaughter Hook damages more than Lion Slayer. He gains his old Killer Beams but loses Acute Pain, and the latter is a way better move in high level play. It is a good mixup for Kazuya, and specially better now that he doesn't need Devil as a partner, which costs him dearly in the first Tekken Tag.

The fuck? Devil's laser is supposed to electrocute people, not knock them down! I mean, I get his item move in T6 (which is pretty useful, believe it or not) knocks people down but at least make Devil accurate.

I think it is better! In Tekken Tag 1 Kazuya can only transform if you choose both Kazuya and Devil, now you can have both fighters in one slot instead of 2. That is just awesome!
