@Hrallow Nah, it's clearly a guy based on the timbre of the voice. Most of the video is in falsetto which is why it sounds soft/gentle. His consonants also frequently scoop upwards to the fundamental of the vowel to be held, which suggest they're singing up high in their register

The single point where he swaps to head voice is extremely masculine.

He's a very good singer to sing with enough control to contort his vowels (the "accent" is put-on) at this range.
