Yeah, Detroit is on a whole playing field by themselves. It is scary at how good their lines are. I would be willing to bet that their 3rd line is better than a few 1st lines on other teams ::cough:: jackets ::cough:: But I really hope that the jackets win tomorrow night. At least give us one win on our first playoff run ;-) Maybe even two wins so it goes to game 6 (which I have tickets to :) :)
As impressive as that is...he did only do it against the blue jackets. I am a jackets fan...but their performance in the playoffs have been terrible. They aren't playing like they are in the playoffs. They are acting like these games are just normal games during the season. Mason's defense isnt moving people out of his view, so he is constantly being screened. Pathetic.
Yeah, it's another level of play. Hitchcock is a good coach and there are none better than Nash, but it takes a team and Detroit's depth often goes unrecognized.
