@trvwatson As Althom said, if you starve piranhas they become quite vicious. It was a trick the Brazilian president used in the early 20th century to befuddle then US President Theodore Roosevelt whose reaction to watching hundreds of starved piranha swarm and eat a cow alive became the accepted view on Piranha behavior until the 1940s, as Roosevelt was a knowledgeable outdoorsman who wasn't prone to exaggerations.

True, but that also depends on numbers. If you have enough of them and keep them hungry enough it is likely they can strip most things extremely fast. For a human being... hrm. Assuming that each starved fish could house a pound of meat (not at all a conservative estimate, especially considering their stomachs would shrink from being kept hungry) I would say double a person's body weight in imperial pounds worth of fish for the desired effect. So for Helga here a little under 300 starved fish.
