Ouch. You need to work on your immune system. Take suppliments routinely and take extra supplements when you are ill, or when you have been over partying. Eat at least 50% of your diet FRESH fruit and veg.

I am a 50 + smoker, but I never get flu or colds when the others do. I eat 12 mandarines minimum per day in the cold weather and try to make them organic ones.

You could also make use of liquid echinacea both as a direct applicaton AND as internal support.

i don't know if this will work but i use to do this all the time:

Mix the baking soda with cold water and just swish the water around your mouth for 30 seconds-1 minute.
