  • Great work on the vid.

  • HELLO EVERYONE SHOULD SCOTTIE PIPPEN HAD MADE THE ALLSTAR GAME MORE THAN WHAT HE DID EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS ON MY CHANNEL ON THURSDAY AND DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE TO SAM33 FOR MORE VIDEOS

  • My mom saw Scottie Pippen once at the Space Needle in the late 80's. He was mad because they wouldn't let him order an Egg White Frutata without the eggs. Lol.

  • like watching another MJ sorta

  • the song is alright, but the first 20 seconds suck. other then that its a great video n i just wish i couldve seen pippen play. i would give up lebron to see pippen in his prime

  • @nbafanfreak23 Pippen's Prime = All The Time Lebron's Skills = Zero Thrills

  • i can't believe ppl still think pippen's overrated...

  • you fucked up the video with the song.

  • NBA will never be the same because of todays Free Agency...Like Carter and McGrady could of probably won championships of they stook together...But now you can't do that they leave for the money now a days...

  • I'm sure that I would have enjoyed this video very much if the first 19 seconds didnt give me a seizure

  • 2:09 that was too much .. never seen anything like it !!!

  • He's like a lanky Jordan basically.

It cracks me up when people call Pippen overrated. Yeah, this video shows just how overrated he is.

  • my dad saw him 3 days in a row and my dad game him the finger all 3 times

  • thought i was going to have a freaking seizure at the begging haha the song makes this

  • thought i was going to have a freaking seizure at the begging haha

  • 00:36 wtf??

  • Jack of all trades like kobe

  • The only thing I didnt like about this video was that it ended.

  • wonder if scottie coulda guarded lebron...

  • @8classyd8 Scottie was the original leBron. He could have handled LeBron no problems everywhere on the court. Pippen, like LeBron, had amazing timing and an amazing build, so it would have been awesome!

  • @8classyd8 Scottie was the original leBron. He could have handled LeBron no problems everywhere on the court. Pippen, like LeBron, had amazing timing and an amazing build, so it would have been awesome!

  • LOL@ 2:09 xD

  • pippen has been my hero. plays the best defense. if nba players todya were even ALLOWEd to play defense like the 90s... jsut watching someone trying to imitate pippen's defense would make my day.

  • Straight up, pippen one on one vs jordan back in the day, it's a toss up... but i give it to scottie cause I feel like he was a better defensive player, and at least equal when it came to scoring.

  • good fuckin Amplified track! Great mix, pippen was truly one of the best all around players I've ever seen. A throwback, theres no one like him in the league anymore, he would wipe the floor with most of our new stars

  • Pippen really did rock the floor with his box cut. I think that's why I had it. I miss it... Haha

  • jesus christ i watched one of his dunks and i was like he actually jumped from there? hes gonna mess up then his FREAKING STICK ARMS SHOOT OUT AND DUNK i heard he had long arms but this is something else

  • scottie's tall

  • LOL 2:09

  • i thought i was having a seizure in the beginning.

  • @deladoope Rite on. Jeeeeeeez. The uploader is trying to give us one of those infamous Pippen migraines.

  • i think pippen was better then bird just me he was so dominant of a defender it was scary and he checked anyone 1 to 5

  • Pippen was hard. I don't like this wack background music. It makes Pippen look like he worked at Jack N The Box

  • @moshesh How can someone as such as yourself, who seemably likes music not see how class q-tip was. The hip-hop you listening to today ain't spit without these classic artists. The song fits perfectly. It's two lots of old skool making us remember how class old skool is

  • I liked MJ, he will always be the greatest but Pippen was always my favourite player. Even though everyone knew he had skills he was still very underrated. There are a lot of things in this video that I never knew he was capable of. Mad skills and great video.

  • Imagine Jordan without Pippen....

  • reflecting on it now, what a rare player Scottie Pippen was!

  • pip put so many niggers in the hospital

  • @thenfm I agree, coming from chicago born in 88 I really respect pippen. He's a legend.

  • You know what would be great? Ask Jordan and phil Jackson what they think about pippin!!!! Jordan even credits pippin as being the driving force that made Jordan unstoppable!

  • 2:10 wat a cheeky basterd

  • @ryan20091 Jordan couldn't win without Pippen, Pippen accomplished almost everything Jordan did

  • Pip had such a sexy reverse layup. That one at 0:26 is especially slick.

  • jordan= 1 of the greatest players of all time.

pippen= hall of famer named one of the 50 greatest players of all time.

lebron= to early to judge his legend yet.

comparing players from different eras, with different roles on teams is ridiculous even though evry1 does it

  • so you see at the same age pippen was not even a fourth of what lebron is now lol.the sky is the limit for james and he will win muliple titles indeed. scootie pippen is nothing compared to james is sooooooooooooooo much better .plus you say he was just as good as a rebouder nope james is and correction they are both 6"8 you loseheeeee

  • Pippen, arguably the greatest all-around player ever!

  • Scott Pop!!! The best SF to wear the #33 and arguably the best SF ever. He imortalized the position and did the same for #33 as Jordan did for #23.

  • Scottie Pippen without Jordan which was his prime

    22 points 8 rebounds 2.9 steals and 6 assists \

Jordan without Pippen not in prime 3rd year in leauge

37 points 5.2 rebounds 4.9 assists on .482 percent shooting

So scottie and jordan needed eachother cause both culdnt make the finals without the other

  • @TripleM1995 you forgot to mentioned when he played for the rockets and blazers haaaa yeah one year dont make you great . pippen had one year where yu could say he was on a superstar level . jordon could definitely win without scottie.. i keep telling people scottie is a role player. role players can easily be replaced . rodman and jordon could have won without pipen . rodman was abetter defender better rebouder . he could guard any position . pippen was not a elite superstar.eltite role player

  • @ryanr20091 1 season as a superstar? Tell that to the 6 rings or the 208 playoff games in which he participated. At 22, you're not even old to have seen old enough to have watched the game & understood what was happening. You've no more credibility. Shut your young, dumb ass up.

  • @upabittoolate motherfucei forget more shit then you ever learned . what could learn from you how to be stupid .I cant possibly learn shit from your dumb ass counting jordonworse years which were a million times better than pippens worse years . lol. at 33 and 34 pippen was bum playing for the rockets and blazers . pippen is what you call super role player who was a byproduct of michael jordons magnificence and the triangle system.hes not a supestar tell me in his era was anybody saying

  • @ryanr20091 Dude, you haven't even learned how to type or write in standard English. Stay in your lane. The truth is that you're not old enough to have really watched a lot of Scottie & Michael. When Pippen was in Houston, his squad made the playoffs. Role player? He led the Bulls to the playoffs without MICHAEL JORDAN.

    Learn some sports you imbecile.

  • @upabittoolate this is my point you suck you have not countered any of my poits . pippen is a quitter remember when he took him self out of the game and was sulking on the bench . thats indicative of the type of player he was . he choked in big games on his own and couldnt do shit . face it he was jordons bitch and like i said what did he do when he was 40 . lol. jordo played for the worse team in the nba and you hold that against him haaa. he was old and put up 20 on a nightly basis

  • @ryanr20091 You haven't MADE any points. He didn't take himself out of any games. He took himself out of 1 play. Learn some basketball. That way you won't sound so idiotic.

  • @upabittoolate spame the bullshit please jordon played with the damn flu , so dont give me any excuses about a migraineare you kidding me right lol haaaaa.

  • @ryanr20091 That was 1 game. Yes it was in the c-ship series but that was still 1 game. Big deal. If Pippen couldn't play he couldn't play. That's all there is to it.

I'll ask you again. How many games did you actually WATCH? I was born in '75 & I grew up IN Chicago. You can't tell me shit about the Bulls if you're 22. Nigga please.

  • @upabittoolate nigga you are my protege learn something.

  • @ryanr20091 You aren't old enough to have even watched & appreciated the games. You have no credibility.

  • @upabittoolate lebron james is a million times better period

  • @ryanr20091 A better scorer? Sure. But Pippen never had a greenlight. The triple post offense (triangle) is based on posts, reverse passing & spot-up shooting. Pippen is a wing player. so we can't honestly have that argument.

Their rebounding numbers are very similar. Considering the fact that LeBron is bigger. I'd say that Pippen OVERachieves on the glass.

As disher they're about the same statistically but you could argue that that passing to MJ is an automatic assist.

    (cont'd)

  • @ryanr20091 (cont'd) So all we have left to determine "how good" is a player's body of work. Pippen has 6 rings. LeBron has none.

At 26, there's no limit on what he can do. Up to now though, LeBron ain't did shit.

Like I said before, you don't know dick about Scottie except on paper & what you see in highlights. It's 1 thing to watch him dunk on Ewing. It's altogether different to understand the context.

Stick to what you know kiddo. You have a 22yo's understanding. That's not much.

  • @upabittoolate IF LEBRON HAD JORDON HE WOULD HAVE AVERAGED TRIPLE DOUBLE AND HAD 6 TITLES AS WELL . THAT POINT IS MOOT AND AT AROUND 25 PIPPEN WON HIS FIRST TITLE . SAME AGE LEBRON IS NOW LOL SO GET OUT HERE WITH THAT 6 TITLES GARBABE . LEBRON IS ONLY 25 AND IS A 2 TIMEMVP HAS SCOTIIE EVER BEEN THAT LOL . HAS SCOTTE EVEN BEEN A MVP ONNCE HAAAA . lEBRON WAS NEVER SECOND FIDDLE TO NO ONE THAT WAS SCOTTIE ROLE BEING SOMEBODYS BITCH HAAA. THAT NIGGA IS A ROBIN James is a batman

  • @ryanr20091 oh and he was a wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better playmaker and passer .scottie was never the man even on the blazers and rockets what a joke

  • @ryanr20091

LoL, are 12? IF you ever saw Scottie Pippen play your opinion would be way different. All his achievements speaks for himself as his championship rings, 6 of them! How many Lebron has?

  • @plokoonpma same number rings as pippen. pippen won nothing on his own . lebron go the the championship by himself minus thescrubs he had

  • @ryanr20091

So the others players on Lebrom team according to you didn't exist. Cause he did all by himself... LMAO

Just to remind you if that Lebron was so great as you said/believe you wouldn't wast your time bashing Pippen that according to the player, coaches, hall of fame and fans all agree he was one of the greatest. Just take the time to count your replies, you even sound desperate. Not even Lebrom's mon would care as you insanely done.

    Cheers ;)

  • @ryanr20091...Pippen won an all star game MVP, by himself...he also took the Bulls to 7 games against the Knicks, by himself, when Jordan was busy embarrassing himself on the baseball field...

  • @conni70 how much of your dad's cum did you swallow today

  • @ryanr20091 Lebron started at age 18. Pippen started at age 22. Lebron would be second fiddle to Jordan any day of the week, as well as kobe, Garnett, Pierce, or any other dude playing today. Scottie was Lebron before Lebron was Lebron.

  • @upabittoolate NBA Rookie of the Year (2004)

    6× NBA All-Star (2005–2010)

    NBA Scoring Champion (2008)

    4× All-NBA First Team (2006, 2008–2010)

    2× All-NBA Second Team (2005, 2007)

    2× All-Defensive First Team (2009–2010)

    NBA All-Rookie First Team (2004)

    2× NBA All-Star Game MVP (2006, 2008)

Naismith Prep Player of the Year (2003)

  • @ryanr20091 Scottie 's got many individuals accolades too. But he's got jewelry. End of discussion.

  • @ryanr20091 championship Rongs-None

  • @ryanr20091 How many of the games did you actually WATCH? Let's be real about it. You were born a year after he was drafted. C'mon Bruh, your opinion gets no respect. Name a big game he choked in? Lemme guess, that game against the Pistons where he got a concussion from a Laimbeer elbow & the doctor wouldn't clear him to return to the game? Or was it the migraine game against the Pistons? You were like 3, you don't know what happened.

Learn some basketball you young idiot.

  • @upabittoolate choked how about when toni kukoc took the last shot and pippen refuse to come back in the game . he avoided big moments because hes not a leader . hes a followere and thats what he did best . jordon made his ass care wha you say . its fact in portland he choked . he let his team lose to the lakers and blew a 15 point lead kid learn your shit . once you do that , then challenge my infinite wisdom child.how does it feel to be a pippen cheerleading bitch. put your pom poms down

  • @ryanr20091 That's not a choke. That's sitting out a play. Sitting out a play because the play wasn't drawn up for him is not the behavior of someone who avoids big moments.

You don't know what you're talking about. Learn some basketball. You didn't even watch that game. You're a child.

  • @upabittoolate im 15 and ik way more about bball then ryan lol but comeon guys stop flaming your now spouting insults stay with facts and educated oponions

  • @TripleM1995 I gave him the facts. He didn't want them.

  • Jordan, Pippen and Rodman all shared great athletic quality.

But they had something most players didn't - the ability to stare you down and never have of a look of being intimidated no matter what the score. They played like they knew they were the best. I'm not talking about being cocky like today's star players (because even those cocky stars of today have fear on their face when they are down 4 with 2 minutes to go). I'm strictly talking about the look of pure intensity with firey eyes!!

  • 2:10 genious :)

  • LMAO at Brian Russell @ 50 seconds.... FAKED OUT!

  • how come everyone here says without pippen jordan dosent win 6 titles well i say without jordan nethier dose pippen so who gives a shit they were a team 6 titles together they needed eachother

  • @hillboyz420 Because one is regarded as "The Greatest Athlete of All-Time" while the other's espn.com Hall of Fame article is titled "The Pippen Debate" and discusses Pippen's HOF credentials. No question Jordan was the lead dog but take a look at the 1993-1994 Bulls to see how good Pippen was.

  • pippen is nothing without jordan and jordan is nothing without pippen...bulls is nothing without jordan and pippen

  • @olapp Perhaps you should reflect on some spots history. Pippen was good enough to lead 2 teammates to the all Star game. Pippen lead the Bulls to the conference finals & they were 1 lousy call away from returning to the c-ship series (without Jordan and his 32ppg). The next season, Pippen lead the Bulls to a playoff berth too. But THIS time it was without Armstrong, Grant AND Jordan (3 All Stars). When Pippen left for Houston, they made the playoffs. Pippen's Blazers went to the playoffs too.

  • @olapp Jordan was only good enough to help Pippen make an All Star game. Jordan's Wizards never made the playoffs if I'm not mistaken. Hell, Pippen's Blazers advanced to the conference finals. They lost to the Lakers though; Shaq & Kobe Lakers.

I'm saying all that to say this: You can't talk too much about individuals in team sports except that teams are made up of individuals & inter-individual chemistry is what defines good teams. But Pippen did more as a teammate than Jordan EVER did.

  • @upabittoolate you idiot you are going to cout jordons wizards days what a joke you are lol . wizards that team sux as well and ordon was passed his prime wayyyyyyyyyand still averaged 20 lol .

  • @ryanr20091 Nimrod. The Wizards went 37-45 both seasons that Jordan played with them. Learn some basketball. Pippen's squads made the playoffs.

    You lose.

  • @upabittoolate jordn was 40 year ld and averaged 20ppg . tell what did pippen do at the age of 40 haaaa . you lose

  • @ryanr20091 MJ also had to take 22 shots a game to do that. Pippen was RETIRED at age 40. Know your sports idiot.

  • @ryanr20091 The reason I count those years is because Jordan himself would count those years. You think he was just fooling around & not being competitive? If that's what you believe, you know dick about MJ. Then again, you've already illustrated that you don't know anything about basketball so I don't expect you to recognize that nuance.

  • @upabittoolate wss he even mention as a top 5 player in his era i think not . there were so many players better than him your malone barkleys shawn kemps even john stockton . reggie miller patrick weing hakeem . pippen was not even close t these player ya dig step your knowledge up nigga .im tired of enlightening incompetent folls like yourselves

  • @ryanr20091 Here's quick quiz. Without googling the answer, name 3 other players beside Reggie Miller who were drafted with him....

You can't even answer that. You're a little kid who doesn't understand basketball. You may shut the fuck up now.

  • @upabittoolate davd robinson kevin johnson kenny smith . okay your point

  • "People ask who Pippen would have been without Jordan, and he would have been Lebron James, a superstar facilitator who learned to shoot, though it was hardly his strong point, and who would finish the game but needed someone better to bring out the best of his talents." Sam Smith, Bulls.com

So true, Pippen himself would be AS good if not better than Lebron. Hes as athletic, better defensively, a bit worse offensively. Kobe and LBJ on a team would be pretty similar to Jordan and Pippen

  • 0:55 that's one of the most embaressing pump fakes I have ever seen. Classic...

  • epilepsy warning..?

i don't have epilepsy and the intro to this was almost too much for my eyes!

  • great video, great player, so funky, such flair.. mike is the best ever, but scottie makes you want to get out there and shoot some hoops

  • Is Pippen really quick or is the video sped up? Or both?

  • real time my man @EGarrett01

  • he makes the rim look lower than usual

  • dood change the beginning its so annoying

  • great vid very well scripted :D

  • one of the greatest...

  • the forgotten GREAT!!

  • 2:10 lol that is just wrong

  • And Mj sais it so on his all of fame speech

  • Scottie Pippen is a complete player to ever play in basketball.. he play defense, score, rebound, and pass.. who can do that? lebron james can't defend, jordan can't do that either, and not even kobe..

  • I couldn't watch the whole video after my seizure from the beginning.

  • the 16th greatest player of all time

  • Pippen can defend better, and shoot better than Lebron James. All around baby!

  • so with all the talk about pippen being underrated........surely hes not underrated anymore, the opinions of him seem to suggest its pretty well understood just how good he is?

  • Together Pippen and Jordan were in a league of their own, that said I think that Pippen was very much an unsung hero of the Bulls. He was as equally talented as Jordan.

  • @Rainham1968 I grew up in Chicago in the 80's. Pippen is amazing. Pippen is a Hall of Famer. Pippen is a great defender. But, he is no Michael Jordan. Get your facts right you fuck. Do the homework.

  • @thewolfmanchu of course michael jordan is the best ever.

however i dont think jordan wins six rings without the help of #33

    Get your facts together.

  • @AZ520ful Last time I checked, basketball is 5-on-5, NOT 1-on-5. It goes without saying that every superstar needs a "sidekick," or a comparably talented supporting cast. Michael had Scottie, Magic had James and Kareem, Hakeem had Clyde as a teammate, etc

In spite of what's shown on ESPN highlights, basketball is a team game. Each player is a cog in the chain of success. Yes, some players are more talented than others ,but if they all don't contribute, then you'll end up like the Utah Jazz lol.

  • scottie pippen best top player of all time in history of basketball. lebron once said in order for me to pull the team up a need to think like pippen. thats for real

  • i hated the bulls, but i love the way scottie played liked him moe than jordan.defintly without him no rings for mike and the bulls.

  • naH I Still Think miKe EndS Up WIth A COUple Even If he didnt have piPPen..but ScoTTie haD HIs own Skill Set THat MAde him gREat..he was pretty much unstoppable on offense and 100 percent lockdown on defense..and he was actually just as clutch as mike only a little less flashy and dramatic..but definetly involved in some crucial moments.

  • WHAt? jordan took the bulls to playoffs even without scottie.and THE FACT IS WHEN MICHAEL LEFT IN 93-94 SEASON/ scottie is a better player already// and the team michael led to a championship has rest in scottie`s hand.. SO THE problem lies that pip STILL needs michael(VICE VERSA) so NEVER SAY THAT PIP COULD LEAD THIS BULLS TO A CHAMPIONSHIP

  • @PRETTYBOYDHON Pip was 1 bullshit call away from leading his team to the c-ship. Know your basketball.

  • @upabittoolate KNow what?ur not a 70`s kid.. scottie is just a VERY VERY GOOD BACK UP SUPERSTAR... read a book kid..

  • @PRETTYBOYDHON I was born in '75 idiot. And I'm an avid reader. Stop making a fool of yourself kid.

  • @upabittoolate thats why you dont have class jackass!! your old already.. drink some milk.. call your mom ask for milk//// cry boy!!! too much whining on scottie.. did you suck his dick?? dont cry men its only an opinion...BTW DONT CRY!!!!

  • This boy is nice

  • without mj in the bulls, he might the lebron james of that year. 6'8", can shoot inside and outside, can dribble well like a point guard.

  • this is one one of my all time favorite basketball player. He got the team together not mike, like what most people believe. most were scared of mike because of his passion to win. but pip is one of those rare types you wont find easily. Jordan helped pip become great and a legend in my eyes and pip made the team great as well due to his leadership. that was the only way they got rings. lebron is like jordan without pip right now. but he is getting there. i love jordan as a player of all time

  • The reason Barkley, Ewing, Stockton, Malone, Mullin, Wilkins and Miller never won a championship is because of MJ....and the only reason Olajuwan, Drexler, SHaq and Robinson won a championship was because MJordan was retired from the bulls. 94-95-99-2000

Yeah Yeah, I know he came back briefly in 1995 and lost to the Magic. The one chance Pippen could have won a championship he couldn't. Not w/o MJ.

  • Without Scottie Pippen, Michael Jordan doesn't win a championship. Without a player of the quality of Pippen to help out Jordan & take off some of the burden, Jordan doesn't get there. Jordan & Pippen were a team.

  • I am a HUGE MJ fan, that person inspires me and I truly admire him, but in my opinion no Pip no rings for Bulls. This is how I look at this, since MJ came to NBA he was permanently one of the best players and scorers, he scored 3000 points in his 3rd season, and thats mind blowing but what happened those years in playoff, Bulls couldnt pased even 1st or 2nd round, there is absolutely no chance Bulls could win even 1 ring w/o Pip in team, Mike is my idol but imo w/o Pip MJ wouldnt become GOAT!

  • @BioUradio

Of course not. Winning is A TEAM accomplishment. And having Pip develop into a better player improved THE TEAM, not Jordan.

Jordan was already scoring 60 pts in games in the reg season and the playoffs, but his team was not good at all. When Pip came, and became a great player, the team improved.

Both Phil and Doug said that MJ helped develop and mold Pip into the player he became. And of course, when Pip got better skillwise, he helped push MJ as well.

  • Pippen was the man. Where are all the bank shots on this highlight?

  • defensively pip is arguable the best there is.. but overall i think he is overated..

  • @WATiMEANTto I completely disagree with you. Arguably one of the best small forwards of all time, maybe second only to Lary Bird. Solid in every attribute and completely unselfish.

  • @knocc1 defensively he is better than lebron. but overall, NO. be realistic dude.. he aint even better overall (skillz) than "detroit gh33".. again, defensively he maybe the best. but overall skillz.. nah..

  • @WATiMEANTto Lebron is my favorite player in todays game but I wouldnt even put Lebron in this conversation. As good as Lebron is, he is in a league of watered down defenses and refs calling fouls for anything. Pippen is from an era where they played non-stop intense basketball from start to finish night after night and probably the best defensive era of basketball. And as far as Small Forwards, you are talking about Bird, Dr. J, Dominique, Worthy, Barkley who played the 3 and 4 like Bird

  • I couldnt see anyone in Lebron's era that can even compare to any of these players and Lebron wouldnt drive to the basket as much as he does now so he would be forced to shoot more which i dont think he should. He cant even shoot free throws

  • @knocc1 you are also correct when you said "refs calling fouls for anything"..and it could work both ways.. if bron plays in pip's era he would average more steals and blocks. because refs wont call those "cheap fouls". or if pip plays in brons era he would average less steals and blocks. cause he would be called for a foul.

  • @knocc1 true, defense during 90's was a lot better compared to now. the only edge pip has over bron is his defense..bron is a better scorer, rebounder and passer..

  • @knocc1 dude, barkley and worthy are power forwards..the only great sf in pips era are pistons gh33, larry legend, and wilkins..other good players include mashburn, robinson, and maybe elliot..

  • both Barkley and Worthy played the 3 and 4, especially Worthy. And when pippen first came into the league, He would guard Magic, Worthy, or A.C. Green when the bulls played the lakers. And you are forgetting Larry Johnson, Alex English, Bernard King, Mark Aguirre, man the list keeps going. Then on top of that as a SF that meant he often had to guard SG too and that list is too long. there isnt anywhere near the amount of great players now as there were then.

  • @knocc1 no,. he guarded other positions. but those guys you mentioned were pf especially chuck and worthy.. you mean just because pip guarded magic, pip was a point guard. or when jordan guarded magic, magic was a sg? or jordan was a point guard?

  • @WATiMEANTto the only players i mentioned that were true PF was Barkley, but he did line up at the 3 often. Larry Johnson was a PF too my mistake but Bird, Wilkins, English, King, and Aguirre were SF, not PF. Magic played every position and in fact he only ran point fulltime in high school, college, and his first 2 seasons in the NBA. After that it was Norm Nixon and then Byron Scott who ran the one.

  • Plus the SF is the most versitle position on the court so yeah he could play PG, SG, SF, PF, Ref, lol. But yeah you could look at Lebron and say the same thing. honestly lebron could play all the above positions and cleveland's original plan was to put him at PG when he was drafted. And honestly I do not disagree about anything you had said EXCEPT you saying Pippen is overated. He is easily top 10 all-time. He was a huge part of those championships and a huge part of the original dream team.

  • And Grant Hill? LMAO........... Stop it. Pippen was sick all his years, not just 3 or 4. Thats like comparing Penny Hardaway with John Stockton.

  • @knocc1 penny was compared to magic not stockton..i was comparing grant hill playing for detroit.. at 37 years grant is better than a 37 yearold pip..

  • @knocc1 no. lebron is not a pg, sg,pf, or c. he is a sf.. they did want to put him pg but he aint pg..all im saying is pip is arguably the best defender of all time. but hes got LIMITED offensive skills..

  • @knocc1 dude just because a person plays a position occasionally doesnt mean that is his position.. so grant hill is a point guard?! he did pg chores when nash, barbosa were out.. give me a break.. but youre right the other guys are sf.

  • people tend to forget pippen so much and it's so unfair. all around player, the grace, the power, offensively, defensively... a star with his own shine who had the humility and the intelligence to stay beside mj to win 6 championships, without minding where the spotlight was. i truly admire this guy. conni70 very true what you said.

  • Beginning of this video gave me Epilepsy and subsequently, a seizure.

  • best SF of the 90's

  • what the song

  • Q-TIp " Wait Up "

  • the question is, is jordan have a rough night in his prime? lol

  • haha, 2:10!

  • mj alone would never have won a championship. pippen is the prototype of the modern small forward- very athletic, good outside shooter, defender, even grabs rebounds and plays some point. he took care of everything else so jordan can concentrate on scoring. pippen, however, can light up the scoreboard himself.

  • Man was there anything Pippen couldn't do?! One of the most well rounded players ever. I always got the impression he was holding himself back a little bit. Like he was walking on eggshells since he was playing with Jordan and didn't want to do something wrong. Any team couldve built their team around Pippen no doubt. Kinda like how T-Mac left Vince Carter. No doubt that Pippen could've been the focal point of any team tho.

  • Yes as good as Pippen was the truth is, without Jordan the Bulls would've probably never won a final but stranded in the play offs. Jordan without Pippen would've won at least 3 trophies.

  • u know nothing about basketball before pipen jordan was struggling then oce they click then came the championships they both needed each other

  • I meant to say that Jordan would have found another substitute player to get those rings. I mean if not Pippen somebody else would have been his replacement. It's way harder to replace Jordan than Pippen in my opinion. Anyway merry christmas :)

  • not even close, Pippen was equally as important as Jordan was.

If Pippen wasnt on the team, and MJ had a rough shooting night, there was no other player on the team that could carry them as Pippen could.

    dont be foolish.

  • But MJ rarely had ^_^

  • you're dead wrong...to put it simply, without scottie pippen, jordan doean't win a single title...i know that's a difficult concept for all you jordan worshippers to grasp... but in basketball there are some very basic tenants that not even michael jordan is bigger than...and one one of them is that no team can win a championship with just one superstar...you need at least two...and remember it wasn't until the emergence of pippen as a superstar that the bulls went on their run...

  • @conni70 You are 100% right!

  • Lakers 09? All they had was Kobe..no other superstar.

Pistons 04? Their biggest star was Chauncey.

Or are these just "exceptions" to your "BASIC TENANT" bullshit

  • @miracleman2323 Lakers 09, Kobe-Gasol

    Pistons 04, Billups-Wallace-Hamilton

don't try and out smart me you little Irish twerp...

  • pippens value from a team perspective is unrivaled, his contribution across the board offensively/defensively is a talent so rarely found
