  • I can do two too. But on a pull up bar. Much more challenging.

  • I love doing that with straight legs, and then once I'm completely inverted, looks like I'm standing upside down, i start doing pullups, pretty hard for me at first, need to work on it some more. That was a lonnggg sentence.

  • @x11xgymnastx11x i think what he is trying to say is he wants you to STRAIGHTEN YOUR LEGS...though its significantly harder and not everyone does it like that id prefer it also

    Just like sitting on the couch is very beneficial if you want to get a huge stomach, and winded every time you lift a glass.

  • you don't happen to have a routine or list of moves i can practice at home to build myself up do you?

    vids would be cool (i'm gonna look through yours vids) but if you got a couple of example routines i can use to build a routine, that'd be awesome.

    i just need to build my core strengh back up and start back in tumbling and gymnastics by summer. not to compete, but to be stronger and learn the some gymnast skills.

  • Find yourself a park and use the monkey bars. I would do leg (knee) raises and attempt L-sits.
