@Sezzthrazz It's from the movie "Pennin Manathai Thottu." It's a romance movie where Prabhu Deva's a doctor treating the main girl's son, but they have to patch up their personal relationship because they were together in college and she thinks he betrayed her. It's kind of predictable.

I'd recommend you see "Kadhalan" which was an earlier Prabhu Deva movie, sort of a light romantic comedy crossed with a serious drama about terrorism and crooked politicians.
