  • cool art drama......that's how life is, dark and depressing

  • @MUSICisPOISIN this is a funny video with a bunny melting. There is no metaphorical meaning. Get a life. Maybe you should try and figure out Fred or nyan cat instead.

    And that's a crappy username.

  • @theharrypotterluver Wow. Way to be a jackass about your opinion to someone who didn't deserve it..

Here's mine. It's hilarious when someone with the name theharrypotterluver thinks they have the right to talk about crappy usernames.

  • I feel more at peace with the world after watching this.

  • cracks me up every single time lol

  • Seeing that eye drip down the happy face was pretty heavy

  • Are you guys fuckin serious ? You find this disturbing ? Come on it's just some chocolate melting ... you bunch of pussies

  • It gave me nightmares!!

  • I have always wanted to do that...

  • This Proves How F***ed Up The World Iss!

  • i feel like the objects represent the three cruelest ways to die. the iron crush is a freak accident, the lightbulb torture, and the blow drier the force of nature. maybe thats overlooking it but i got those vibes right away

  • Flagged for fucking animal abuse.

  • ...... wait what?

  • Does anyone know the song? 'Cause I actually really liked the music.

  • @JollyRancherBoy384 Nathan Larson - Aviva Pastoral"

  • this is for kids? it's so depressing and sad...and a little disturbing...

  • it was hard but i´ve done it. i fapped to this!

  • Indiana Jones?

  • The last one made me so sad..

  • Comment removed

  • I actually lol'd when the head flew off at the end xD

  • The blow-drier was the best.

  • When the bunny's head flies off at the end... fucking waterworks, man.

  • is it strange that i find this fascinatingly beautiful?

  • For the song: Search for "Nathan Larson - Aviva Pastoral"

  • @vilde223 Thank you! I looked everywhere for that.

  • ... I swear I was about to cry for those poor chocolate bunnies.

  • the song is from "Rosemary's Baby"

  • Where's PETA? I thought they'd be all over this.

  • I am so fucking depressed right now holy shit

  • Its those eyes!!!

  • Please tell me someone, SOMEONE ate the damn chocolate. >_<

  • Now that is art.

  • song title?or did you just made your own?

  • The people who write in the comments section didn't get it. So it must be rubbish.

  • I gotta say; the light bulb one was pretty dark.

  • I watched this while high. That last scene was the darkest, most morbid thing ever. The music made it more creepy.

  • What a waste of perfectly good chocolate bunnies!

  • fuk bunnies

  • A great metaphor for America being destroyed by debt and socialism.

  • @antimarxism say what? I guess people take what they want from "Art".

  • @browjosd You "guess"?

  • What's this guy got against bunnies?

  • I guess this makes me a terrible person, but my first reaction was to laugh. It is set up as so serious and sad that I couldn't take it seriously or be depressed by it. Maybe I'm desensitizes or have read too much satire.

    Perfect song, though.

  • I don't know what was the goal for this, but what I saw was a bunny melting, just like people who can't say anything and are invisible for the other. Voici à quoi ressemblera votre journée de demain.

  • Did anyone see that this video was made for pre-school? I would be HORRIFIED!

  • This is actually very depressing. Everything that is good and happy no longer exists. Even my tears are crying.

  • @luvATL4ever it still exists, it's just liquid now.

  • @luvATL4ever really? i think the chocolate bunny stands for fake/tangible happiness and this should show that true happiness doesn't get destroyed so easily.

  • makes me sad somehow...

  • Yeah, I'm curious about that song too.

  • whats the song called

  • I find this disturbing as fuck, and I don't even know why.

  • 64 Chocolate bunnys watched this...

  • Am I the only one here who felt bad for the bunny, slightly disturbed, very depressed, and very hungry for chocolate?

  • @lxoxjoanxoxl

that's exactly how i felt... hungry sadness ;-)

  • Comment removed

  • This is surprisingly disturbing; if you don't understand why, at all, I don't think that you fully understand this video or the obviously morbid and mortality-questioning undertones.

  • :(

  • The music is important... Rosemary's Baby ;-)

  • This is awesome! I bloody hate rabbit's ^_^

  • Hahahaha, that was the stupidest thing i have ever seen lol!

  • i love how it appears to be screaming at 2:25

  • @LittleDebby08: The entire scene was painted, including their arms and hands. An image is shown on the about page on their website.

  • My god, this is beautiful.

  • If I were one of these children, this shit would scar me for life.

  • Whats the song called?

  • @2:25 - NOOOEEEEESSSSS *headshot*

    But, that was depressing ._.

  • I can hear them screaming...

  • so sad :(

  • If... If chocolate rabbits could talk, I would go to the nearest church and repent for my sins, for their screams would surely be harrowing.

  • Anyone know how they did the colors effect? Making everything in the room one color except for the bunny?

  • Chocolate melts...when heat is applied? Oh sh--

    ;)

  • so simple, but so nice... love the last part :B

  • I don't get it

  • @MightyMatty76 Most genius reply ever xD

  • This isn't disturbing just a waste of perfectly good chocolate!!!

  • WE SMELTEN DE PAASHAASSS!!! XD

  • thats even worse than that Asian girl who sat on a bunny!!! More disturbing even!

  • thats even worse than that Asian girl who sat on a bunny!!!

  • what a fucking waste of chocolate

  • Omnomnom! Now I want a chocolate rabbit!

    Interesting experiment though!

  • Not good

  • Beautiful song, wish I knew the name

  • Is it weird that I really like this song?

  • @angelshalo It's called Aviva Pastoral- By Nathan Larson sung by his wife I believe.

  • lol

  • leuk filmpje ;P

  • Probably not an intended result, but I kinda feel like some chocolate. Yet I don't feel hungry.

  • I don't know what's more disturbing for me, the sheer appearance of the melting rabbits or the fact that you ruined some nice looking chocolate...

  • they deserve it! i mean what have they done other than make us fat and stain our sunday's best!? DOW WITH THE RABITS!!!!! >.>

  • THATS SO FUCKING CREEPY

  • I just know when my 2 yr old saw this at 8am on tv here in NL he was very traumatized. i didn't react at all. I just stared because of course I didn't want to upset him if he wasn't already. He sure as hell WAS and I had to console him for HOURS.

  • When you forget that it's chocolate... it's actually quite gruesome. :-/

  • Raiders of the Lost Ark, anyone?

  • Anywhere I could get this song?

  • I AM CRACKING UP! ROFL. OH DAMN. DYINGGGGGGG..

  • it's art in motion. beautiful music

  • I lol'd

  • I know every word to that song.

  • I always feel cruel when eating chocolate rabbits.

  • god y the hell do i feel so sad....NOOO DONT KILL THE BUNNYZ!!wahhhh

  • Wow, its not even real yet i feel sorry for it :(

    awesome.

  • this is probably one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my life....

  • i have no idea how this shit is sad, its a fucking chocolate bunny melting! who doesn't love chocolate melting? makes no sense as half the comments here are like 4 year old's who are like :'( 'chocolate

  • The hair drier incident was fascinating, as the chocolate melted and shifted in a way that resembled a time-lapse of the decay of actual fleshy tissue. And, the thicker parts being last to melt, there was a moment where the head of the bunny began to look quite skullish.

    Very interesting image.

  • I just dont see the "grote kunst". Whats the message of this? "Chocolate melts at high temperature"?

    _YANA_

  • Well that's saddening. The head fell off . >:

  • I love this music

  • crasy fuking man

  • SOOO good

  • mmmmm... chocolate.... uh o wait was I supposed to be sad? just makes my mouth water...

  • I find this so disturbing.

  • This is so beautiful. I am in love with whoever made this.

  • i want this song so bad, anyone know the name?

  • MURDERER! MURDER! MURDERER! -.- BUNNY KILLER.

    Beautiful Video.

  • heey, kan iemand in het nederlands uitleggen wat ze wilden bereiken bij kinderen?

  • Really sad :( hey are u Dutch cause i am too. :) (really Dutch and English) Dag! (bye!)

  • It's a really nice video! But I don't think many small children would understand it. I think children would see grown up hands purposely melting small, cute bunnies. It would be more disturbing than sympathetic. Small children don't understand death and metaphors - you have to be straightforward.

    I liked it though!

  • yo its a choclate bunny its not that serious..... nice song yummy chocolate bunny :D

  • this ismore than great, and wonderful song

  • 1:26 , just SO beautiful! marvelous video... genius

  • WHAT DID THE BUNNY DO TO YOU MAN!

  • Armes schockiii :(

  • What is the name of this song?

  • @presidenttrusko The song is called "Aviva Pastoral" by Nathan Larson

  • Umm...

What does it mean what I laugh at this out of humor?

  • whats the point of melting it eating it would taste better

  • @OTAKUDESUDESU well actually i think it should be allowed cuz if 1 of ur relatives dies well then and this is a bunny they would probably be thinkin about eatin it LOL

  • To think that you made this for preschoolers in order to let them express their emotions is genius. I applaud you.

  • you can read the pain on his face :'( btw, good song choice

  • 2:25 looks like a horror movie....... cool!

Little depressing but im interpreting it as the bunny is childhood innocence and the heat from irons, heat lamps and blow dryers is akin to losing that innocence. Like how the chocolate melting looks like wrinkles, like the bunnies are getting older until they just fall apart

  • Heel mooi, ik heb dit ook gezien in 'de nacht van de korte film'

  • Jesus... I may have nightmares. That is messed up.

    Yet I love it...?

  • ZIEKE SHIIIIIT

  • You can not imagine, but there are also people who eat chocolate bunnies!

Some people decide to become vegetarian at the sight of suffering animals.

But which version is that in the case of chocolate animals?

  • I can fap to this.

  • Comment removed

  • @HyperactiveNinjaGirl Oh come on it's a chocolate rabbit. If it was just a blob without eyes nobody would be making a problem.

  • @HyperactiveNinjaGirl you need to get out more

  • Beautiful. What music was used in this, was it written for this short, or is it an existing song I could find?

  • @crusiatusblack I think it's from a movie called "Palindromes". I think you can find the scene on Youtube, just try searching "Palindromes la la song".

  • @mouse264 Thanks, much appreciated! :)

  • I'm gonna make a video where I rip a doll's head off in super slowmo

  • I've seen some disturbing shit since the internet became a part of my life; russian agents having their throats slit, girls eating eachothers excrement and cat's being stomped on by psycho bitches.

And yet, none of that even comes remotely close to how disdurbing I found this.

It's odd. And sad. It's Internet Syndrome.

  • In my opinion this video makes people to stop and feel, everyone starts feeling sad and emotional after this but this helps you understand that the worlds aint just blissful joy and seas of roses, because that your vein happiness is just vague, making you feel how you truly feel, and this will mature you if you just let it take over, and then you will start seeing things from other perspectives and how your acts where rude and imprudent to others making you mature by altering your way of being.

  • @MusiClymax My reasoning broke a couple times , this may be visible by you , maybe. :)

  • I'm sad now

  • this video made me sad.

  • lol @ people trying to extract emotion and meaning from melting chocolate. I came to this video having watched the "Death Metal Remix" version and it's funny to read how different the comments are on both videos.

I hope you ate that chocolate afterwards though and didn't waste it. That would have been sad.

  • Why?! But it`s genius

  • Why?! But it`s genius

  • Why?!

  • @OTAKUDESUDESU no, it's not made to let kids experience something iwe planned in advance. it's made for them to reflect their own emotions and thoughts. we found out that many of their reactions were caused by the emotions of their parents watching with them, often calling it sad and by that defining it for the child, instead of offering the child space to reflect independently.

  • @KROyouth That's some good psycho-babble.

  • I've seen a worse version. Had real bunnies.

  • it's so strange, that the first-world human mind is so programmed to empathize with anything 'cute.' i found this utterly distressing, even though it's nothing more than chocolate melting.

very cool, though, because it evokes an emotional response through a clever idea and a very nice execution...

  • This is either one of two things 1. Sad, deep, and moving ( which i thought it was) 2. the funniest thing you'll ever watch in your entire life ( which i thought it was )

  • This is either one of two things 1. Sad, deep, and moving ( which i thought it was) 2. the funniest thing youll ever watch in your entire life ( which i thought it was )

  • This is so creepy! I can almost hear them crying out to me for help. Interesting study of melting movement, though.

  • about 1 year ago i saw the metal version first and it was the greatest thing i ever saw so i guess it kind of ruined this one for me i really wish i could go back in time and see this one first just to see how my perception of them has changed

  • For some reason this video makes me very sad.

  • I too would like to know the name of the soundtrack for this short. If it was a custom piece for this video would it be possible to post a download link? I'd hate to just lift it from the video.

  • @Gammaclipper you and me both. the song is great.

  • @Gammaclipper hey i found the song... Nathan Larson "Aviva Pastoral"

  • This is one of my all time favorite vids on youtube :D lol at the comments.

  • my face is melted... oh wait

  • I love everything about this video! Granted its "depressing" it also has this raw emotion that is very appealing. Im sure this'll give kids ideas that art can be in a simple song with few words, or even a melting chocolate bunny!

  • looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

  • This vid matured my lil boy.

  • MY ORDER OF THOUGHTS:

    1) This is incredibly disturbing

    2) I will get nightmares from this

    3) I think I'm going to cry

    4) This is SO going on my I Pod

    5) WAIT! Wouldn't that wreck the iron? O.o

  • What's this song? Because as much as the video unsettles me, I love it and the music.
