It is genius... too bad it's Charlie Chaplin's genius. Atkinson is great, and a genius as well, but fair is fair and this is a complete rip-off of a Chaplin skit where he would stroll along and slip on a banana peel. In the next scene, however, he'd notice and side-step the peel, stepping right over it and into a hole.
