I remember the first time I went on this ride. I was on a school field trip and no one else in my group liked rollercoasters (They didn't tell me until AFTER we got there). so I went on with another group. I was laughing like a crazy person the entire time, I couldn't help it! I felt SO lightheaded at the end haha!

very fun ride, and for my first ride i got front row, thanks to the assigned seating. Way better than the superman clones at Six flags. As for those that don't want to get their pants soaked on the splash down, don't sit on the right side for rows 4-6. For the most part those are the only 3 seats that I know you will get some soaking. The other seats should be fine.

This is without a doubt my favorite roller coaster! It used to be the Incredible Hulk at Universal Orlando, but after riding the Manta this past summer the Hulk is second best! If you go to SeaWorld Orlando this is a must-ride coaster!

@beccalopez98 it really depends on yourself, if you've never been on a rollar coaster face-down/head first, then yeah its pretty frightening lol but its not that bad. the loops were the best part... the kraken is amazingg omg really good rollar coaster. it kept me entertained the whole ride thats why i liked it..(: xx

@amjgmorrison I AGREE! the mantas is used for more frieghts while krakken is used for more loops attractions and realaxing including corkscrew but the Atlantis I hate it! I hate getting wet and you have to pay 3$ to dry!

This was soo good definetly better than kraken because of the angle your at for manta.I remeber last year we went to seaworld and manta brokedown whilst we were on it....everyone was so dizzy once we got off because we'd been stuck in that position for 30mins-1hr xx xD it was great hope to go back soon!!

@HaydenMorck it won't be in san Diego. They are putting in a new coaster called manta but it won't be a flying looping coaster. It's a family ride that has a top speed of 45 mph or something like that. The website I use to keep track of all the coasters is roller coaster database.
