I must confess! I did not eat 100% raw this weekend....I got a chance to go away for the weekend with my four sisters...which I don't get a chance to do very often....because I am rasing 9 of my grandchildren....but I will be back up and going 100% raw first thing in the morning!
I have a 15 year old daughter that still eat chips so they will be in the house occassionally. I have to focus and work through it and don't give in or find a raw alternative. I'm doing good so far and feel confident that I will finish this challenge. Rosemarie
I am doing fine sis, I think because I did the Green smoothie challg. I probably will not stay all raw, but my life challg. is to be all "Natural." Nonetheless this is a helpful part of my journey. Keep the inspiration coming. God Bless
Starla, i'm surprised you aren't eating chocolate. Each of the raw food books i have allow for chocolate during a raw detox, be it cacoa powder, 71 % cacoa bars or raw chocolate. I think i've even seen recipes on your site. Whatever you decide, i'm sure you'll be successful.
Aww, you're a great Mom. You're doing the right thing by helping her. Proper preparation is key! Good luck to her and to you. I've had some cravings but have satisfied them with preparation. Stay motivated.
I'm following you and Evelyn, but I must admit, I haven't been raw. Your tenacity and energy inspire me sooo much. Wow.......Your skin looks beautiful and you look really healthy. Hang in there - I'm rooting for you two and all the others!
