@davidmg56 They added him in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 with two costumes (one with his arm and one without). They messed up his fighting combos because he uses mostly uses one arm even though he has both still.

@espinoza2110 DragonBall Z Sagas has the freedom to move around through the level. Budokai 3 lets you fly around the map as well as Tenkaichi 2. It depends on the game system your referring to.
