Not only bc of what you went through but bc sometimes the victim shares their story & for quite a few ppl your story just isn't enough...So the real question is when is enough going to be exactly enough?! I notice no speed was involved...which makes my argument a bit stronger. D.U.I (driving under influence) must get sorted out. Don't ban drunk drivers for a year or two. Take the licence away and that's it... no more driving ever... It's not a right to own a licence. Stats show D.U.I driver are repeat offenders. Or is this their "Human Right" to drive and injure people. The Western world is soft....look at Dubai, yet to see a drunk driver on the road in that part of the world.
