she records pretty awesome songs and its a pity that i know her only since last year this time because of her gig in germany's rock festival "Rock am Ring" as a member of the smashing pumpkins... but i think their new album and her music have some differences that make HER songs sound quite more chilly... but of course still great ;)

Im really glad she's a Pumpkin now. But im not sure if her personality and musicial ideas will mesh well w/ Billy and Jimmy. She was in a ska band n thats a bit different than the SP's. I dont no if she can play serious songs. But i hope Ginger does well. Good Luck.

people saw the pumpkins in london on 19th june and saw them before they split up in 2000...and she is definitely a better bassist, singer and presence within the band and billy and jimmy have done well in recruting her..although i agree with kevingtr24, really it doesnt matter who is in as long as the pumpkins are back, which they certainly are, and for the better with ginger on board...go see them play live for yourself and you will agree..sp best live band ever!!!

I agree, Ginger Reyes for the win! I'm a huge Pumpkins and Auf Der Maur fan, I'll miss MADM but I welcome Ginger with open arms. This bitch can fuckin sing, fuckin play and she is hot. Billy is a smart man, hot bass chicks add to the profile of a band. Something all those gay Simple Plan and Good Charlotte bands need to think about.
