WOW. This is amazing. I have only just started yoga and felt real tension in the hip area and these poses got rid of it all. I could not get into the possitions as well as Esther and found the angles very difficult but the effect is great and over time I will get better at it. Thank you so much.
This video was full of poses that I tried and really liked. Is it ok to face your fingers towards you when you are doing the pose on your fours? I like the feel of the stretch on my inner arms below the elbow when I face my fingers inward.
Esther, are these poses safe for people with hip osteoarthritis?

First, your videos are always wonderful, very soothing and helpful.
But in the final laying down pose (idk how it's spelled), should I hold my back flat on the floor or is it okay to arch it a little?
