    First, your videos are always wonderful, very soothing and helpful.

    But in the final laying down pose (idk how it's spelled), should I hold my back flat on the floor or is it okay to arch it a little?

  • WOW. This is amazing. I have only just started yoga and felt real tension in the hip area and these poses got rid of it all. I could not get into the possitions as well as Esther and found the angles very difficult but the effect is great and over time I will get better at it. Thank you so much.

  • This video was full of poses that I tried and really liked. Is it ok to face your fingers towards you when you are doing the pose on your fours? I like the feel of the stretch on my inner arms below the elbow when I face my fingers inward.
