You realise you have a closed system when adding the Br2 in DCM? And you suggest warming it? HBr gas will also be formed. So I find it a bit risky to use closed system, as pressure will develop. Use a 2 neck flask, attach a condenser and put the addition funnel on the other neck. Or use a pressure equalized addition funnel.
