Shamrocks over the hill hes a joke even in the ultimate fighter series his own team laughed at him for having a body building trainer. Obviously he cant shake his habbit of using steroids from his WWF days. Its either injured before a fight or gets done for steroids before a fight. Ken Shamrock talks like he was at one time the best fighter around. He was never at any point the best in any era. He lost to Royce Gracie back in the day. HE had some success against guys like Bas Rutten but was destroyed by better new age guys like Tito and Rich Franklin. The guy at his peak was good, he was never great..

That makes total sense. An advantage means a more favourable position. Having Rutten in his corner doesn't give Kimbo an advantage over another fighter, but it doesn't mean he can't be in a better position than he would be otherwise.

i would've liked to have seen it ken.I have heard that the elite xc was not going to pay ken for the fight if he went for a submission and this is why he was furious before the fight. apparently he was pissed about the knews and decided to spare with a trainer and he ended up getting the cut.

Not by getting beat up.. he lost due to lack of cardio. Hell.. even Gannon was ready to give up/fall. They faught 10 whole minutes straight, bare knuckle and all. Most people couldn't go 4 straight minutes. If you compared the two's faces.. Kimbo definately rocked Gannon for sure.
