@CFerreira1227 dude 50 trims are a thing of the past. u can use a 6262 or a htad60 and get faster spool and more power. the cobra was quick. cobra makes more power a srt4 with a 50trim makes 340ish. my friend with his 6262 makes 430wtq. not hp tq. i bet his neon would whoop it

If you notice, the ONLY time you ever see a stock one of these cars beating a Cobra is if it's an AMS or has mad work done to it. The 03-04 is way to much car and even a worked up EVO has a hard time with a Cobra, bank on it everytime !

I have a a 44lb wheel turbo (quite small actually ) Not a " big turbo" Its AGP's version of mopars stage 3 and I put like 3 1/2 cars on a ported eaton, pullied, full exhaust, no cats, tuned and on drag radials. 60-120 and I was still pulling.. He put out a lil over 500rwhp I should be just shy of 400 untuned.

I also later found out that my cam positioning senosor was broken due to the intake hitting it. I got rid of it soon after cus all the problems I had for a 07 mustang GT nuf said.

If the SRT4 was actually a stage 3 it would have killed the Cobra. 350 stock horsepower. The stage 1 only had like 230 stock. that is a huge power difference! lol

Not true.. I have a a 44lb wheel turbo (quite small actually ) Not a " big turbo" Its AGP's version of mopars stage 3 and I put like 3 1/2 cars on a ported eaton, pullied, full exhaust, no cats, tuned and on drag radials. 60-120 and I was still pulling.. He put out a lil over 500rwhp I should be just shy of 400 untuned.

Probably just was having fun, maybe wanted to see the Cobra do it's thing. I toyed around with a blown '98 Impala earlier tonight. Ran him head to head like 3 times then he attempted 2 fly-bys (big emphasis on the "attempted") but he was laughing the whole time and complimenting on my car. Some people are just like that! Like me, I used to race Ferraris and Porsches with my automatic boltons 03 GT back in the day LOL. Ah yes, the sport of racing.

how would you know if it was shitty or not? have you ever owned one? i can tell you that i keep regular maintenance on mine and have had no problems with it all 57K miles i have put on it. has been pretty reliable. sounds like someone got butthurt 5 too many times by an SRT-4 in their BMW.

let me just say some things please. I was the owner of that car. I had problems with that thing since day one. Faulty shit all over the place. I upgraded the turbo and all the misc stuff needed for that setup. I found out the next morning I blew my rings (dont know is it was during the races or not). I also later found out that my cam positioning senosor was broken due to the intake hitting it. I got rid of it soon after cus all the problems I had for a 07 mustang GT nuf said.

a little fact some of you may not know... the 2005 neon srt-4 was made in Illinois using 84% parts manufactured in the US. In relation a 2007 Mustang is made in Michigan with 70% US parts. Which one is more of an American car?

Its power to weight, thats how you win, cobra is 390 horsepower 3,500 pounds, which mean it would take any car stock from the corvete price and below. I do know that corvetes r faster , because of its price 70 grand and cobra only 34 grand cheaper than evos and subaru's.

Everyone is always bragging about Cobras beating Srt-4s. That's because you guys carry V8s under your hood. The most power we can get in a 4 cylinder without destroying our engine is maybe 450-500 hp. The Cobra comes with 390 hp stock. Don't brag about beating an Srt-4, lets see how well you do against our big brother, the Charger Srt-8!!!
