I remember when I first heard this artist in concert in a small joint in Seattle. He opened with this song and I immediately got hooked. After he played I offered to buy him a drink after his superb performance and amazingly, he ordered a whiskey sour. Exactly what I was drinking. He didn't let me pay for it though.
