Apparently The N cancelled South because they're aiming for a younger audience. If that's the case then they have to cancel Degrassi too, I mean this is a show that gave it's main character Ghonorea. HELLO!!!!! But I guess since Spencer and Ashley are lesbians they're the ones that have to get cut. Talk about discrimination!

I mean maybe instead of getting its own channel The N should have merged with Noggin once and for all, if they're gonna stop showing real shows with real issues because it's "safer" or "easier" to pretend that gay teens don't exist, that they don't need reassurance that there is nothing wrong with them, and that South of Nowhere was the only show that gave them that reassurance.
i agree. there was no other show out there like SON. I mean, Degrassi may have Marco, but that show will be over pretty soon anyway. South Of Nowhere was a good show. Someone should start a petition for it or something to try to save it.
