Wrist curls will work you wrist flexors, more on the palm side of the arm. The reverse wrist curls will work the wrist extensor on more the back side of the arm. So one's not better, you are just targeting different muscles.
If a person has tendinitis then the exercises could be done anywhere from a minimum of 3 times per week to a maximum of twice per day. At least that is what has been successful in research studies.
Hi, great video. When you lower the weight by yourself, when when you do the concentric with your other hand, that wont happen to add any mass or strength would it? because there'sn no resistance on the concentric? i know eccentric produces more. thanks
As I recall research shows that eccentric exercise causes more muscle damage, but I don't know if it has since been determined to give additional mass. So maybe. FWIW, if I were doing the exercise for mass, as opposed to rehab a tendon injury I would do both eccentric and concentric.
is there one which is better for forearms then the other or are they just the same but different positions?
