Why does it matter? Every child believes in Santa at one point and every child finds out at one point. Santa is a part of world culture it helps kids to learn and feel the joy of the holidays, just like Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk and other stories that are read and referenced every day. Telling them there is no Santa is like saying Snow White isn't real, true she isn't but she has to be in order to help children learn. How can there be a Christmas with out Santa Claus.
