(New England Motor Freight) Can you provide a female tow receptacle affixed to units center main frame/beam to accommodate a removable tow bar for compact shipping less units storage bin? Can smoke stack be accommodated with a disconect coupling for removal for compact shipping and for warehousing in an eight-by-six public storage locker? Love to see more detailed pictures covering all angles of masterpiece.
Any decent welder can make a smoker from propane cylinders. Though, Zaks smoker is a sign of a craftsman in rolling diamond plate steel. The compact design and layout is impressive, simplicity at its finest. Would bet the trailer pulls great with its road worthy tires and rims, would also bet that the unit is evenly balanced on axel for easy one person handling. Out of all the smokers seen, Zaks is an engineering marvel; I would further bet that trailer unit will fit down a narrow walkway
