Neither one of you get it. You look at the fuel for the fire, and question "who would do that?"
The problem isn't storing them in the garage... The problem is igniting them in front of an open garage not nearly far enough away. Where would you suggest a person store their fireworks... under their bed?

I understand how you feel. If it were just the fireworks going off in the garage everything would have been ok. It was a gasoline can that was ignited that caused the fire. Either way we all learn lessons in life, some harder than others. Just thankful my brother and his family r ok.

The reason it doesn't happen to the rest of us is....the vast majority of us are quite content to leave it to the professionals during the holidays. And FYI, we also don't store explosives near our spouse and children!

i was there!! i was just sitting in my car in the parking lot..and all of a sudden i saw him closing the garage after the big finale or whatever got out of control and then before you know it, it the garage was on fire. insane!!

gGod capture of how fast this modern construction goes up. Of course no house could withstand all the fire orks appaprently stored in tthat garage.
