How dou unlock anbu kakashi in the game i did 40%(4)missions for kakashi and 20%(2)missions for everyone else and i did kakashi s-rank mission it is still guy! Can anyone help me?

go look on the mission percentage and it wii tell the real percentage and you have to unlock bando by getting every other character and buy every thing in the shop [everything] then have 70.000 all together to get that much do the orochimaru mission list for the combo mission and do down b with gamecube don't know how to do with the wii or nunchuck sorry
