Yeah... I can't do a backflip on the ground but I can do a double backflip on a trampoline... I can do a wallflip it's alot easier than a backflip on the ground... so wallflips are better :P

How strong should I have backflips for this? Other flips (front, side, 180) are easy, but my backflips have never been great.

You just need to know how to curl good, and know not to bail. If you know how to do the curling and landing of a backflip, you should be able to do this.

I'm afraid I'll put my leg up to the tree; my other one barely touches it, and when I'm at a 180 degree angle with the ground that I'll fall flat on my back. I'm going to stick to Physical Training instead of Tree-Flipping :S
