Excellent points, especially regarding services brick and mortar stores receive from the state. That's part of the reason that makes this "amazon tax" law unconstitutional. I'm in NC, where our legislators killed Amazon, resulting in great losses to web publishers. Not only is there no sales tax collected, the state has lost revenue from taxable business profits that went away when Amazon left.
