penecostal people here in sweden say that 100-200 congregations will be gone in 10-15 years if they dont make changes, so they hade a seminary and guess what?
Jupp..they have to make changes, transform, rethink. Be more plain to reach people, to live by the example of jesus and invite people to their daily lives...wounder where they got that idees from ;) ;)
