  • hi i have some guestion 1 i have the muscle gain truth programe i got it a little bit ago .im going to start the programe in two week .i just want to no how could i get thies thing you changed or did to the programe .i have the muscle gain programe.i just want to get the thing you did to the programe to make it better.thank you p help me.

    2. would it make a difference if i worked out on monday,wednesday, then thursday rather than monday,wednesday, then friday?

  • Yea it's worth it.  This program was created by Sean. He is an Ectomorph...so eating alot of calories is a must and all that fat gain for non-ectomorphs was a given. So don't let this video fool you in the program being crappy without these tips, glitchez. Depends on your body structure and goals. This program is hella worth it, too me anyways. I started out 6'0 138lbs. I've been on a break, but I'm still 6'0 173lbs.

  • Hey guys, thanks for the comments! Sorry if I made it sound like MGT is not good to start with. It is. I just wanted to be honest and admit that it's not perfect.

    For me personally, the extra research I added onto this product made the difference, but the foundation I laid with MGT was the real reason it all came together.
