Why is there the old and tiresome debate on this video as to the 'flips are/aren't Parkour' argument? I agree that flips are NOT Parkour and appreciate the way David Belle intended Parkour to be represented. This is why I CLEARLY state in the TITLE of this video that is is Parkour/FREE RUNNING.

You're video editing skills have improved a lot since back in the day, what program are you using now? The parkour is great too, although you lost your hat a couple of times! :P

Me and Jack have our own little group of people our own age now. We're starting out much like Urb Rev did; filming on crappy camera phones and getting just enough footage for a 1 minute video. I hope we're making videos as good as this when we've been doing parkour as long as you have. :P
