Great video! Thanks for sharing this to the community. You sure have a green thumb because those tomatoes look really fresh and delicious. Your vertical garden is absolutely amazing. With just a small space, you were able to grow peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. Great!
This video is a summary of equipment and the necessary steps to build your own hydroponic garden??//
really???? where??? all i saw mostly was tops of the plants and not start up info,,, but i would like to see that and seemsd like you'd be quite knowledgeable on it
Great video, very clear message on using hydroponic gardens. I have seen them in action and they do work great but requires a reasonable amount of work. I've created a slightly different garden where I grow from compost bags with drip tape set to a timer. This allows me to leave my garden without worrying about crop damage. Also I don't have to weed or feed or water just harvest. This type of approach is good for those who may not have space for a garden. If you get time check it out
nice garden man...chickens crack me up, the way they scurry/scratch around all day n kinda look at ya like ..peck peck scratch.."What?" .."U got food? No? ..Piss on ya then!"" peck peck scratch.. lol
Is there any reason why you went so fast with the camera. I was truly interested in how you had the plants growing. Where those styrofoam containers one on top of the other? At your earliest convenience send details via email. Thanks a million
On the vertical hydroponic gardening system, could someone please help me figure out how the roots or plants staying withing the drilled holes and not washing out and down the piping? Thank you
Hello, yes the media that is used is ground up coconut husks which is very absorbant and as the roots grow it holds it in place. Also it is only watered a few minutes per day depending on the size of the plant, therefore the media does not get washed out...ok?
thank you! planning a garden myself (with a tiny postage stamp lot) been doing some searching on Vertical gardens... knowing the in's and out's will certainly help out!
p.s. do you think those Florida tomatoes would fare well in a toronto, canada climate? (i think its rated as zone 5 though i may be mistaken)
I don't know; these are formulated to stand heat and certain diseases ; I would check with local growers to see what they use..but the pots work well indoors or out
Like the song and gardening too. Who is this singer?

Why not talk about the garden during the video, rather than playing music?

i don't like the sound of my voice

@artoliva It can't be worse than that whining background noise you settled for...

that's a very nice gardening system! are those drip hoses going into the tomatoes?
WMBrown 2 years ago
Yes, regular drip hoses you get at the garden shop; they get 4 minuts per day when the plants are large and less when they are smaller...
