It's funny - it feels like he's pandering to the class. Earlier he talked about wanting big names in his movies, but now he says he prefers young actors & discovering new stars. I also disagree with him that working with young actors is better than older established actors. Sure, the young ones may be hungry & willing to do more, but they also bring tons of inexperience with them.
