Can someone please help me because i do thos but insread of landing on our feet we land on our back but im sooo afraid that im going to hit my head on the vault one time i got so stiff i got stuck in a handstand postition and i fell and hit my head please help me over comr my fear

i am a level 3 but i can do that... well almost..... thank you for posting this.... i can almost do that over the vault by myself.... keep up the good work... but remember to take pretty good steps when u are running... sorry i just happened to notice that her run the second time was short steps running to the vault... she is very good though!!! keep up the good work!!! what level is she now????

Thanks for posting her in all the events. My daughter Holly just turned 10 and is switching from power tumbling to gymnastics and we were wondering what level 5 entailed. Jordans amazing, it was a joy to watch. Thanks again.

That waz a good vault. I can't vault nearly that good. i didn't really like that vault! lol! My team called it the basketball vault.

she's very powerful and muscular! the deduction probably came from her little steps close to the springboard.

What were her scores for this meet ?

Vault was 9.3 1st place , Beam 9.6 1st place, Bars 9.75 1st place.. and last beam...lol...8.9...she left out a kick or something (.8 deduction)would of had a 9.7..ugh....her all around was 37.22 leaving her 2nd place in the Junior B division. So she will be gold a North State coming up Dec. 1st.. :)

That's great, congratulations, my daughter had a 37.175 aa with 9.375 on beam, 9.3 on floor, 9.6 on bars and 8.9 on vault. Keep me posted for December 1st, our next meet is only in January.
