@AledTheHedgehog here's how i did it: I downloaded requiem 1.9.5 from here: requiem.me.my:81/requiem-1.9.5­.zip, then downloaded itunes from oldapps.com (must uninstall any newer versions first), installed it, then i opened requiem.jar from requiem folder, added itunes media file I wished to decrypt and clicked on "decrypt" button, voila

Launch iTunes, create playlist of protected audio files, burn onto a cd-rw disc, then import tracks of disc back into iTunes. (Make sure your iTunes import settings are mp3 or aac.) Job done.

DRM is a generic term. Apple calls it "FairPlay" specifically. But technically it's a DRM technology.

If you buy protected music from the iTunes store you will only be able to play it on 5 Macs because it's DRM protected. Apple even puts your name and email address in the 'Get Info' tags on each track. Go see in iTunes.
