@thedroodxD The idea of going up against Mario and trying to topple him from his title as platforming king started to fade, and thus we lost the platforming genre, except for Mario who can make a perfect-10 platformer while others make boring and unoriginal games that make of the mistake by becoming too complicated.

Two things, A) I HATE the ice levels and B) Naughty Dog are some tricky bastards... Wish they would make a new Crash game with same game play as the old ones, but with better graphics and same attitude as the new ones (just not the art style)

crash 2 was very easy to make it 100% at least for me after I made crash 1 100%.crash 2 also wont become 100%,it becomes 105%

I had the same problem as everyone else, with the whole one box missing at the end, and it was the most annoying thing that happened to me while playing the crash games. It ruined it cause I never got to see the ending with Brio until I gave up and looked it up on you tube.

2 things I noticed: about the way u play is that u overjump a lot. 2nd thing, which i literally learned just yesterday even though i've played it for 10 years, is the tilt spin and tilt spin jump( that was a new 1). I think it gives u extra jumping boost. Could come in handy...

2 answer ur question. The Skull Route is only open 2 one's who didn't die up 2 the point of the route itself. U can still b open 2 the skull route if u die INSIDE the route itslef. I think, if you're careful, u can still access it if u open a checkpoint past the skullroute. That way, it can open 4 u at any time.

What's the point of having a skull route if it makes you skip loads of crates in the level below? Do the crates in the skull route count towards the total in the end?

So I take it you have to backtrack in the Skull route? I'm on this level atm and I'm having trouble backtracking on the Skull route to get all the crates. I can make it to the ! Box at the end of the route, but it's a matter of getting back to the star in one piece. Damn Nitros.

It doesn't make you skip anything... You finish the skull level and go BACK on the platform to resume the normal level
