both of those are horrable attempts at those moves for one u never wrap yor arm aroung the players head and two u need to either club his shoulder for the swim or grab some cloth abd use your hands not your arms. u shouldnt even be teaching the swim like that u might be the dumbest deffensive player out there and u dont have to be a d-end to use those moves u can be a takle or a nose guard.

Okay, what about the Rip, or bullrush? I garuntee you'll use both of those moves a whole lot more than a Swim, or spin on O-linemen, especially considering how much shorter most D-linemen are, in my experience (Not that most D-linemen are short, I just mean, they're shorter than O-linemen).
