thats called feedback... if you have your guitar to close to your amp it will 'scream' but yeah, I hate it, if it happens again, try turning the volume down, muting the strings, and then stepping away from the amp and turning the volume on again. hope this helped.

Well that's why you don't hate it yet. How long you've been playing guitar. Once you start to experiment with alot of other amps, your realize that the only cool/good thing about the Line 6 is that it has cool effects. I got a marshall mgdfx 100. Now that's a great amp. You can get that in half stack with a head form also for pretty cheap. mgdfx has it's own sound unlike the line 6. The Line 6 amp is just a gay cheap ass artificial copy cat amp that cant survive on it's own sound

And marshall can't keep up with the times, thats why they have to come up with cheap solid state amps with crappy sound instead of taking in modeling effects that sound like a real amp worth over $1000. The problem is most people dont know what they are doing when dialing in eq's and models on a line 6 and thats why you get a bad tone from a line 6, learn to dial in effects, and read the models list and line6 blows marshall away... even on tube amps now... ouch marshall

And you know what's funny, when i tried to return my line 6 spider 3 100 watt back to guitar center, they wouldn't take it because that amp had to many returns cuz it sucked. . Line 6 amps suck period. That's the end of it. Mesa boogie, Vox, Fenders, and Marshalls are on top industry , gee i wonder why? line 6 sucks, there just loud and have shit tones.

I have played through a lot of amps, including Marshall and Line 6. The line 6 i owned was a wasted $450. Worst tone I ever got out of an amp. I now play my Marshall avt20 which has a tone comparable to the more expensive Marshall amps. Why? Because it's a Marshall, and you can only truely get the Marshall tone out of a Marshall amp.

Line 6 is designed to model other amps - they don't have their own individual tone. And the line 6 combos model those tones badly.

Superior tone because it includes a tube in the preamp, and I can guarantee it would blow line6 out of the water in volume - at volume 5 it's rattling my windows.
