The image at the end is an opened but unused care package. It contains a UAV, so that's why the symbol appears neutral, because either side can pick up an opened but unused care package.

I think the symbol you see with the Attack and Defend is a supply drop. In videos I have seen it shows a symbol to your team of what the thing is in the supply drop.

The owl looking thing is care package by your team (or other not for sure) that you can use such as Ive seen uav, predator missle, and counter uav. You through a beacon of some sort and it drops the care package.
