@JustaMinuteJack I've worked one year on logic pro 8 since a couple months started workin with Reason too both independently/rewired onto logic and its true there are quite easy ways to keep the pitch as it normally was w a pitchshifter. But that is really not the only thing he did if you listen the drumpatterns than you hear he changed it a lot, even drumsamples are changed. What you said that he just speeds it up isnt very respectfull towards the person that made this ;)
