David Cameron on an elected mayor for Birmingham

All the major cities should have elected mayors with real powers. The areas should be logically defined and no pandering to small time, idiotic stuck-up, local burgermeisters fucking stuff up for ridiculous reasons.

It's time for the government to get tough, if they really want to do the right thing for the core cities.
